Lauren has been with Pathways Forward for approximately one year. Lauren has demonstrated herself to be a real go getter, an asset to her team, and regularly demonstrating the values of the Agency. Lauren accepts whatever situation/challenge she is presented and uses her skills, knowledge, and resources to develop a solution or plan for addressing them. Lauren is always willing to assist others even if it means placing her current task at hand on hold. Recently, an individual made outreach with no qualifying diagnosis, experiencing mental health issues. Lauren assisted the individual in connecting with MH Intake, remained on the phone while ensuring proper communication in contacting Dauphin County Crisis Intervention and assisted in coordination with the Connections program. Lauren has also proposed ideas to better assist the efficiency of the SAC department. She recently represented Pathways Forward at a community event providing information to those seeking additional resources. Congratulations Lauren for representing Pathways Forward at its best!
