She remains focused in the face of challenges, accepts feedback constructively, and never loses sight of the needs of those she serves. One of Hannah’s greatest strengths is her ability to empower consumers to advocate for themselves. She builds meaningful relationships based on trust and respect, helping individuals develop confidence and find their own voices. She is particularly skilled in supporting consumers with dual diagnoses and works collaboratively with mental health caseworkers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, person-centered care. Hannah’s impact extends beyond her work with consumers. She has cultivated strong relationships with her coworkers and contributes positively to the culture of our organization. Whether she is offering words of encouragement, picking up a coffee for a colleague, or bringing in a treat to celebrate a birthday or accomplishment, Hannah consistently finds ways to make others feel valued and supported. In a remarkably short period of time, Hannah has exceeded expectations, including surpassing second-quarter performance goals while maintaining documentation that consistently meets ODP standards.
