Colleague of the month – Olivia Murphy

I would like to take a moment to recognize Olivia Murphy for the outstanding work she has done over the past year. Olivia has established herself as an indispensable member of the Pathways Forward team and a truly exceptional case manager. Olivia has a natural ability to connect with the individuals she serves and develop strong, trusting relationships. Those relationships have allowed her to help people navigate complicated systems, remain engaged in vital mental health treatment, secure safe and stable housing, and connect with primary and specialty medical providers. The individuals on her caseload hold her in the highest regard and consistently look to her as a trusted advocate and resource when they need support. Case management requires patience, flexibility, and resilience, and Olivia handles its natural challenges with grace. She maintains a positive and upbeat attitude and has an impressive ability to roll with the inevitable ups and downs of supporting individuals living with mental illness. Her steady presence brings reassurance to those she serves and positive energy to our entire team. Olivia truly embodies the mission and values of Pathways Forward.
