Amber Wolferd, IDD Services Director at Pathways Forward, shared news that the Agency’s Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Department exceeded the expectations of a recently-completed statewide analysis conducted by the PA Department of Human Service’s Office of Developmental Programs. In looking at three different areas of service delivery, Pathways Forward exceeded benchmark standards in all areas. Pathways Forward also scored better than statewide averages in two areas.
